I mailed with monitoring. Unit was delivered and nobody reached out to me. I had to e mail them. A week afterwards they verified having the unit. They sent a substitution. WHAT A NIGHTMARE this unit turned out to get. Ten minutes right after Placing in new battery the device drains the battery. WTF?! It's not even really worth reaching out to them
